Shipping Policy:

Sesame Place offers free shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and arrive within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and vary based on the weight and size of the product. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Customers must pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Sesame Place does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders are securely packaged and shipped with care.

Returns and Exchanges:

Sesame Place offers hassle-free returns and exchanges for all purchases. Customers have the option to return and exchange items in store or online. All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase and must include the original receipt. All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. Store credit will be issued for all returns and exchanges. Customers have the option to ship their returns back to the online store or to the physical store location. All online returns and exchanges must be done via the online form and within the 30-day time frame. Sesame Place strives to make returns and exchanges as simple and convenient as possible.
