Shipping Policy

Most items are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your order. For orders destined for the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), our Standard Ground Service generally delivers within 5-7 business days. The majority of packages are sent through UPS. To ensure same-day shipping, orders must be placed prior to 11 a.m. EST.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers dissatisfied with a product can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery. They need to provide the order number, purchaser's email, item details, and reason for return. Gift recipients require the order number and shipping zip code for a gift card. For missing order numbers, email happy@hearthsong with relevant details. While most returns are free, some heavy items incur partial shipping fees. These fees cannot be waived. Personalized items, food, and live plants are non-returnable. In rare cases of faulty items, a full replacement is provided at no extra cost.
