Shipping Policy:

At Fresh, we review each order once it's placed, adhering to our Terms and Conditions, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders that don't comply. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and the day after Thanksgiving. Orders received by 11 am EST on business days ship the same day, while orders placed after 11 am EST or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

For order status inquiries, please use the tracking number from your confirmation email and call us at 800-373- 7420. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.

We offer three shipping options: Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) at $6, free for orders over $50; Express Shipping (3-4 business days) at $19; and Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) at $22. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands requires Express Shipping.

Returns and Exchanges:
