Shipping Policy:

Discount Tire offers free shipping on all tire and wheel orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are subject to a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee. All orders placed before 2pm EST Monday - Friday will normally ship same day. Discount Tire ships to the contiguous United States only. All orders are shipped via ground service and cannot be expedited. Delivery time is typically between 2 to 10 business days, depending on location. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are not available. All orders must be shipped to a valid street address, no PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Discount Tire is unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

Returns and Exchanges:

Discount Tire offers a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Customers can return or exchange any unused or uninstalled item within 90 days of the original purchase. Returns and exchanges can be done in-store or via mail. If the item is returned by mail, customers must include the original receipt and a return address. Discount Tire will cover the shipping costs for returns. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original packaging, otherwise Discount Tire will not accept them. Discount Tire also offers a limited lifetime warranty on select products. Customers can exchange faulty or defective items for a new, comparable product within 90 days of the original purchase.
