Grade for finish turning. Substrate having excellent resistance to thermal crack and plastic deformation, strong resistance to chipping. New coating technology, can withstand high temperature when machining with or without coolant; long tool life. The outermost side is yellow color TiN coating, which ensures the performance of the coating and makes wear conditions easier to identify. Composite coatings provide increased wear resistance and service life for cutting edges. TiCN enhances coating adhesion, thereby ensuring edge strength. The matrix adopts layer distribution cemented carbide to ensure wear resistance at the same time, provides excellent resistance to plastic deformation and edge toughness.

The TNMG322 Carbide Inserts from Accusize Industrial Tools embody the pinnacle of machining efficiency, tailored to the demands of professional environments. Coated with advanced CVD Al2O3 TICN, these inserts guarantee exceptional durability and a smoother finish, outperforming standard inserts in both longevity and performance. Their design caters to a wide array of materials, particularly excelling with steel and iron, across both finishing and roughing processes.

Crafted using carbide material of the BPS101 grade, these inserts strike the perfect balance between toughness and the ability to withstand high operational temperatures, ensuring reliability in both wet and dry conditions. The specification of ANSI TNMG322-P3 and ISO TNMG160308-P3, alongside dimensions such as an I.C. of 3/8'', a thickness of 1/8'', a hole diameter of 0.150'', and a radius of 1/32'', make them exceptionally versatile for various turning operations.

With a design that features a negative-rake angle and two cutting edges, these inserts not only offer a robust solution for heavy-duty applications but also provide the practical benefit of doubling the insert's life by allowing for easy rotation to a fresh edge as needed.
